Car Polishing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Polishing Specialist to join our automotive detailing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in polishing and paint correction, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for making vehicles look their best. You will be responsible for restoring vehicle paintwork, removing scratches and swirl marks, and delivering a high-gloss finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine and hand polishing on a variety of vehicles to enhance the paintwork.
• Conduct multi-stage paint correction and enhancement procedures.
• Remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces.
• Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings (if required).
• Inspect vehicle surfaces and paintwork before and after polishing to ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of polishing area and equipment.
• Handle polishing tools, compounds, pads, and other detailing products properly.
• Collaborate with other detailing staff for full car detailing services (interior/exterior).
• Advise customers on aftercare for polished vehicles when necessary.
• Follow company procedures for quality control and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive polishing or detailing (2-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with polishing machines (rotary, DA polishers), pads, and compounds.
• Knowledge of paint types, clear coats, and automotive finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Auto Detailing or Paint Correction (optional but beneficial).
• Experience with ceramic coating application.
• Familiarity with high-end or luxury vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
