Car Rental Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Rent-a-Car Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental branch. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, efficient fleet management, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the rent-a-car branch, ensuring smooth customer experience.
• Supervise, train, and guide rental agents and support staff.
• Oversee vehicle fleet management including availability, maintenance, servicing, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, fleet utilization, and revenue.
• Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Rent-a-Car Manager or Supervisory role in the car rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and UAE traffic laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and rental management systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
