Business Development Manager – Car Rental Company

About Us

We are a fast-growing car rental and limousine services company in the UAE, providing short-term and long-term rental solutions to corporate and individual clients. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our corporate portfolio and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients (hotels, travel agencies, construction companies, corporates, etc.)
• Generate long-term rental and leasing contracts
• Develop partnerships with tourism companies and business groups
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development (Car Rental / Limousine / Automotive industry preferred)
• Strong network in UAE corporate sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Knowledge of RTA regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
