STRICT REQUIREMENT:
We are hiring ONLY experienced Sales Agents- Luxury Car Rental.
Candidates without direct car rental counter experience will NOT be entertained.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience strictly in the Dubai car rental industry, particularly with luxury vehicle rentals. The ideal candidate must have strong market connections, the ability to generate corporate and retail business, and a proven track record in sales within the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for luxury and premium vehicle rentals in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hotels, and VIP customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Promote the company’s luxury fleet to high-end clients and corporate accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage client inquiries, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure availability and smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai car rental market (mandatory).
• Experience with luxury car rentals is essential.
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Strong network with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and concierge services in Dubai.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the Dubai luxury rental market and customer expectations.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Salary Range: Starting from AED 10,000 per month (based on experience).
