Car Rental Sales Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Rental Sales Agent at Highway Rent A Car located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves day-to-day tasks that include interacting with customers, providing excellent customer service, and sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Rental Sales Agent will assist customers in choosing the appropriate rental solutions and taking care of the customer from A-Z from closing the deal, invoicing, collection, etc.

Qualifications

UAE Experience in Car Rental, Sales, and Customer Service and regulations.

Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Experience in working with customers from diverse backgrounds

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Relevant skills and qualifications for this role would be proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem-solving, and multi-tasking.
