Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle fleet, specifications, and features.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the car rental industry, sales, or customer service.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Knowledge of various vehicle types and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in English (fluency in multiple languages, including Tagalog, is advantageous).
