Car Rental Sales Associate
Overview
Job Details:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and usage.
Provide clear and accurate information about vehicle availability, rental prices, and rental conditions.
Manage booking requests and explain rental agreements to customers in a simple and professional manner.
Prepare and review lease contracts while clearly explaining insurance options and related terms to customers.
Update and maintain vehicle and booking records in the system with complete accuracy.
Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for delivery or rental on time.
Handle contract processing and payment procedures while ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution focused and calm approach.
Support sales activities by promoting rental services and improving overall customer experience.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Experience Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
