Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet clients, understand their needs, recommend vehicles, and provide exceptional service.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell additional products (insurance, GPS, child seats) to increase revenue.
- Operations: Process rental agreements, manage documentation, handle payments, and resolve issues.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet daily/monthly sales goals set by management.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on fleet, features, rental rates, and competition.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years Prior experience in car rental, automotive, or luxury sales (especially in the UAE)
- Communication: Excellent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Technical: Basic computer skills, familiarity with rental systems.
- License: A valid UAE driving license must be required
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work flexible shifts.
