Our sales team benefits from the most lucrative pay plan in the group, including hourly pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses paid twice a week. Most of our consultants average $10k+ per month, and top performers earn much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to determine their needs and guide them through vehicle options
• Manage the full sales process, including credit applications and transaction paperwork
• Respond to leads and follow up with online inquiries
• Maintain communication with past and potential customers to build long-term relationships
• Stay informed on product knowledge and current promotions

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High energy with a positive, outgoing personality
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
