We are Harmony New Energy Auto Service, a Chinese company specializing in the sales of BYD (Build Your Dreams) electric vehicles. Our head office is located in Hong Kong, China, and the company has been publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2013. Today, we operate over 100 branches worldwide, and we have recently established a new branch in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on the sales of BYD new energy vehicles. About the Role



Car Sales Position



Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing professional product consultation.
  • Present vehicle features, technologies, and advantages clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct test drive arrangements and follow up with potential customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and close sales according to company standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support marketing events, showroom activities, and brand promotion efforts.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor products, and EV technologies.
  • Coordinate with finance, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth handover to customers.


Qualifications



  • Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred.


Required Skills



  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales mindset, negotiation ability, and target-driven personality.
  • Good presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • English proficiency preferred; Chinese language skills are a plus.
