Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. WE WANT YOU IF YOUR HUNGRY AND WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Bilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance client interactions and streamline sales processes.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, internet leads, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-in values to maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to increase dealership revenue.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management records and update CRM software regularly to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist in organizing dealership events or public speaking engagements to promote the dealership’s offerings.
  • Support inventory control efforts and ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or B2B sales environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, or outbound sales activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end vehicle deals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer demographics.
  • Experience in dealership environments or retail math proficiency is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, active listening, and effective presentation abilities are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
