Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Expert / Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the Caribbean market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automobile sales and a deep understanding of international auto trade, particularly within Caribbean regions.
Market: Caribbean Market
Location: PECHS Block 2
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in the Caribbean market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in car sales or automotive business development
- Prior experience working with the Caribbean market is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of international auto trade (import/export processes preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
