Car sales officer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Car sales officer, who can source cars from direct users, dealers, and merchants—helping us bring the best inventory to our buyers and maximizing value for both sides.

This position requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and proven sales abilities to support the fast-growing FameWheels digital vehicle marketplace. You will be the bridge between sellers and buyers, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality car buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

Participate in live auction sessions by bringing relevant car inventory and supporting the sales cycle.

Manage and oversee car listings for assigned dealers and private sellers.

Visit seller locations to collect vehicle details, upload listings, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinate with inspection teams to schedule and complete vehicle inspections and certifications.

Conduct on-ground visits with prospective buyers to showcase vehicles using effective sales and presentation techniques.

Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Assist in smooth and proper transfer of vehicle ownership during the transaction process.

Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports on sales activities, customer interactions, lead status, and performance metrics.

Stay updated with automotive market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities

Requirements:-

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or related field).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of automobiles, market trends, and pricing standards (preferred).

Persistent, self-driven, and committed to achieving monthly sales targets.
