The Role: Sales Professional

You aren't just moving metal; you are a content creator and a relationship architect. You will manage the entire sales pipeline by:

• Dominating Social Media: Actively posting on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Stories, and Reels to stay top-of-mind.
• Video First Communication: Sending personalized video walkarounds and intros that build trust before the customer even arrives.
• The Hustle: Using calls, texts, and our world-class CRM (VinSolutions) to hunt, not just gather.
• Leveraging the Fleet: You’ll have access to over 150 used vehicles and 100+ new vehicles across three Montrose rooftops (CDJR, Subaru, and MAC).
