Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Car Wash Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in car detailing, customer service, and custodial tasks within a fast-paced setting.

The right candidate has athletic ability, is physically fit for the job, can stand on their feet for 8+ hours during a work shift (30 minute lunch breaks are provided) attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard and work fast.

Duties

• Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle washes using various cleaning equipment and products
• Conduct detailing tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, deep cleaning, shampooing and more
• Operate car wash machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including the wash tunnel, waiting areas, and equipment storage
• Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about services offered, and ensure a positive experience
• Follow all health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for staff and customers

Requirements

• Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial roles is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing procedures, and cleaning supplies
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and machinery safely
• Valid driver’s license is required for moving vehicles or operating company vehicles
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
