Car Wash District Manager
Locations: Worcester Area - Main Office is in Canton MA
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Compensation: $80,000+ annually
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume car wash locations across Worcester Area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and overall performance across assigned sites.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, operationally minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while managing multiple teams and priorities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple car wash locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance

Drive exceptional customer service standards and promptly resolve customer concerns or escalations

Maximize car counts, throughput speed, and wash quality through training, performance standards, and process improvement

Monitor and control site expenses including chemicals, utilities, repairs, and equipment replacement

Manage and enforce the Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to minimize downtime and equipment failure
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain Site Managers and supervisory staff

Build, mentor, and multiply high-performing management teams

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and documented discipline when necessary

Lead the growth and development of current and future leaders within the organization

Foster a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture
- Ensure all locations operate in full compliance with OSHA requirements, company policies, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations

Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety across all sites

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
- Conduct meetings with Site Managers to review KPIs, performance metrics, and operational goals

Track and analyze performance data including car counts, labor, downtime, and customer feedback

Attend all required training sessions, leadership meetings, and company events

Utilize basic computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, and communication
- 5+ years of successful multi-site management experience, preferably in car wash, retail, automotive, or fast-paced service environments

Proven track record of developing leaders and building high-performance teams
