Car Wash Experienced Assistance Manager at Cumming GA

Location : Cumming GA

Hours : Part Time or Full Time and must available at least 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun)

Pay : Defend on experience, Negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring equipment is functioning at peak performance and the site is clean and safe.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff. You’ll be responsible for mentoring team members to provide top-tier service.
• Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards for all wash volumes, performing spot checks and addressing customer feedback immediately.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Manage chemical inventories, order supplies, and perform (or coordinate) basic preventative maintenance on car wash machinery.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, manage labor costs, and implement strategies to increase membership/recurring revenue.

Required Qualifications

• Car Wash Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the car wash industry.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Lead within a car wash environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with car wash chemicals and a basic understanding of mechanical/electrical wash components.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a diverse team and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
• Customer First Mindset: Strong communication skills and a "guest-first" philosophy.
