- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing the service center, performing customer service and technician duties to serve guests and service their vehicles, manage cash and maintain store curb appeal.

- Responsible for ensuring consistent, positive guest experience
- Know and understand our products, services, company policies and procedures, and customer service process.
- Perform light automotive preventive maintenance, such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
- Perform customer service tasks, such as quick and friendly greeting, knowledgeable service review and professional recommendations, cash out and welcome back.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
