Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Wash Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash location. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in customer service, team management, and site maintenance. The Car Wash Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, maintaining equipment, and driving overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash, including opening and closing duties.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise car wash attendants, scheduling shifts, and managing team performance.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality of all services offered, ensuring vehicles are washed to company standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage and track stock of cleaning supplies and other essentials, placing orders as necessary.
• Sales & Promotions: Implement sales strategies to increase service purchases and customer retention.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in car wash operations or retail/service management is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to perform hands-on work and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
