What You’ll Do

• Welcome Every Customer: Greet each guest with confidence, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. Help them understand our wash packages and memberships: no pressure, just good conversations that build loyalty.



• Know the Product: Learn our wash process, services, and membership options so you can confidently answer questions and guide customers to the best choice.


• Follow the Process: Execute every step of the wash, safety, and sales routines. Our systems are designed to make excellence automatic.


• Move with Purpose: Keep the line flowing and stay aware of timing. You’ll balance speed and precision to deliver consistent quality.


• Keep It Clean & Running: Maintain equipment, vacuums, and site appearance. When our site shines, so do you.



• Be a Great Teammate: Support each other, communicate clearly, and keep energy high (even on busy days or in tough weather.)

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, positive, and ready to learn



• Comfortable talking with customers and explaining options


• Thrives in a quick, hands-on, outdoor environment (rain or shine)


• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently and climb a 6’ ladder in short intervals


• Team-minded and detail-oriented



• Must have a valid driver’s license
