Position Overview:
We’re looking for a responsible, attentive, and customer-focused Tunnel Attendant to join our team! This position plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly and safely. As a Tunnel Prep, you will guide customers into the wash tunnel, ensure vehicles are properly prepped, and maintain a safe and efficient loading process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor belt and through the wash tunnel.
• Provide clear, professional directions to customers approaching the wash tunnel.
• Perform proper prepping procedures, including brushing, spraying, or rinsing vehicles before entering the tunnel.
• Remain alert and attentive to prevent accidents or vehicle damage.
• Monitor the wash process to ensure proper operation and safety standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Previous car wash or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be polite, professional, and customer-service oriented.
