Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with deep expertise in card-based banking solutions and digital banking platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end card lifecycle testing , payment processing, and scheme compliance, with the ability to lead testing efforts for complex banking systems in an onsite environment.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of overall testing experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with card management/switch platforms
• Proven leadership experience in test planning, execution, and coordination
  
  

Core Technical Expertise

• Extensive knowledge of Card Management Systems and card switch platforms
• Hands-on testing experience across:
• Tokenization
• Authorization
• Settlement
• Issuance
• Acquiring
• Chargeback processing
  

Functional & System Knowledge

• End-to-end understanding of card lifecycle management
• Authorization rules, product configuration, risk rules, and fee setup
• Acquiring modules, POS systems, and payment APIs
• Clearing and payment monitoring processes
  
  

Payments & Network Experience

• Strong interaction with global and regional payment networks:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• AMEX
• Domestic payment schemes
• Expertise in:
• NFC & Contactless transactions
• Tokenization-based payment flows
  

Testing & Compliance Experience

• ATM and POS transaction testing
• Scheme compliance testing (Visa/MasterCard)
• Experience with payment simulators
• Terminal certification and transaction security standards
• Knowledge of:
• ISO 8583 message formats
• EMV standards
• PCI DSS
• 3D Secure / Verified by Visa
• Secure transaction protocols
  

Database & Technical Skills

• Oracle 19c
• PL/SQL
• Payment message validation and reconciliation
  
  

Project & Domain Experience

• EMV migration projects (ATM/POS – issuing & acquiring)
• New product launches and system migrations
• E-commerce acquiring solutions
• Vendor coordination for deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution
