The Card Portfolio Management team works passionately to shape the technologies of the future.

In that team;

• Work within our cross functional agile teams to design and maintain credit card portfolio program and processes.
• Analyzing, testing and maintaining customer-facing applications and employee-facing applications.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
• 4-8 years of business analysis experience
• Card domain information is a plus
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, reporting and customizations is plus
• Knowledge about test processes, methodologies and test automation tools (like Selenium)
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.) to meet business needs or solve problems,
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others, to analyze, to solve problems and initiate actions
• Knowledge of the agile software development life-cycle and agile methodologies.
• Willing to provide 24/7 support to problems that may occur in the systems or applications.
• Experience with highly scalable, mission-critical services is an advantage.
