Position Details

• Position: Medical Practitioner (MDs and DOs)
• Type: Independent contractor
• Compensation: $130-$170/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical expertise to the design and evaluation of AI medical outputs.
• Review AI generated medical case studies, diagnoses, and workflows for accuracy and alignment with medical standards.
• Provide structured feedback on clarity, safety, and medical rigor.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to refine model performance and outputs.
• Work independently and maintain flexible hours to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 2+ years of clinical practice work experience in the US.
• Experience in Cardiology.
• MD or DO from a reputable medical school.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication.

Preferred

• Candidates must be in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Compensation & Legal

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives of $30/hour on top of their pay rate.
