ATC West Healthcare Services is working with a facility that is seeking a Board-Certified General Cardiologist for a weekend-long locum tenens assignment in 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiac care while enjoying the flexibility of defined coverage dates.

Job Details

• Weekend coverage assignment (Friday Monday)

• Schedule: 6 AM 6 AM (inpatient and call only, no clinic)

• Inpatient team support from 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) working alongside the cardiologist

• EMR: Cerner

• Responsibilities: Comprehensive inpatient cardiology care, hospital call, and coordination with APP team

Required Procedures & Skills

• Echocardiography

• Treadmill stress tests

• Chemical stress tests

• Strong ability to interpret diagnostic studies
