Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to infants and children post cardiac surgery.
• Monitor and manage critical parameters, ventilators, and infusion systems.
• Administer medications and assist during emergency and operative procedures.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and ICU safety standards.
• Support families with empathy and clear communication.
  
  

Qualifications:

GNM / B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.

1–3 years of experience in Pediatric or Cardiac ICU preferred (freshers with passion to learn may apply).

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
