Are you a cardiovascular sonography professional who’s passionate about mentoring and shaping future healthcare talent?
At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator who can bring both clinical expertise and a passion for teaching to support student success.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding students from the classroom to clinical practice, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the healthcare field.
Deliver high-quality curriculum content aligned with program and accreditation standards
Mentor students in their academic, clinical, and professional development
Act as a role model, helping students transition into healthcare professionals
Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Maintain accurate records of student performance and clinical activities
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development initiatives
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements
Associate’s degree in a related field (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
RDCS or RCS certification (required)
RVT or RVS certification (a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular sonography experience (required)
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)
Passion for teaching and mentoring (no prior teaching experience required)
