Care assistant for Elderly Stroke patient

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Assistant to support an elderly stroke patient in their daily activities. Duties include range of motion, talking to, changing linen, assist with bathing, cleaning, grooming. Spouse will be there too.

<Duties>

Do not need to be certified, but we will do a background/criminal check.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Laundry for patient and spouse
• housekeeping (small living area)
• Support medication administration - we will teach you
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to the patient's dietary needs and assist with feeding when required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks
• Assist with mobility exercises and encourage participation in therapeutic activities to promote recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update and follow personalized care plans, ensuring consistent quality of care
