Care Home Manager

Job Location : Angamaly , Kerala

As the Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the home. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality care standards, maintaining business operations, and working closely with residents and their families. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to continually improve the lives of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the residential care home.
  • Lead and support a team of caregivers, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and compassionate environment for residents.
  • Develop care plans, monitor care quality, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance and improve residents' experiences within the care home.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the home.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational qualifications relevant to the care management sector (e.g., MSW).
  • Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong business and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Age range preferred: 25 to 35 years.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
