Care Manager / Advocate, LCSW

Complete Care Strategies is looking for a Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience) to join our interdisciplinary team of Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Certified Aging Life Care Managers. We serve both the elderly and individuals of all ages with special needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with people who have physical, intellectual, or behavioral differences, as well as older adults facing changes in health and challenges related to aging. Knowledge of entitlements and available resources is essential. Our passionate team focuses on meeting both physical and emotional needs while striving to provide the best quality of life for our clients and their families. This is a part-time role with room to grow in a company that’s expanding and evolving.
