Job Summary:

At AdviniaCare Venice, we are seeking a highly compassionate and skilled Care Partner Med Tech to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Care Partner Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, assisting them with their daily needs and ensuring their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry

• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents

Qualifications:

• Preferred-CNA/Active License

• BLS/CPR Certificate

• TB

• MMR

• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors

• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous Med Passer experience required

Requirements:

• Honest, compassionate, upbeat, and reliable

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Basic computer skills
