We are looking for a full-time provider, who is compassionate, talented and experienced in long-term day and overnight care. Daytime caregiver must be able to reside at the personal care home. In this position you will provide 24 hour support, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation and memory care. Day and night shifts are available.

What You Will Do:

As a personal care home provider, you will use your talent and abilities in many ways, including:

• Provide direct patient care and related tasks to meet the patient’s needs.
• Meal preparations
• Medication Management
• Provide skills necessary to perform personal care needs by meeting safety needs and using equipment safely for patients.
• Practice accepted infection control principles. Provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to the patients and their family members.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Contribute to the management and efficient operation of the personal care home.

What You Must Have:

• Valid Driver’s License, dependable vehicle and automobile insurance
• At least one-year experience, preferred, as a provider.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
