Long‑Term Home Care Aide Needed (Manhattan, NYC)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Patient: Young woman in her 30s with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)

We are looking for a compassionate, honest, and reliable home care aide to support a young woman with significant disability due to severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This is a long‑term position for someone who is patient, gentle, and able to follow detailed care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance and support inside the home
• Maintain a calm, quiet, scent‑free environment
• Follow specific care routines and instructions carefully
• Communicate clearly in English through text, writing, reading, listening, and conversation
• Be punctual and attentive during scheduled hours

Requirements (Must Meet All)

• Warm‑hearted, patient, and honest personality
• Strictly scent‑free at all times:
• No perfume, scented lotion, hair products, deodorant, laundry scent, or any fragranced items
• Patient is extremely sensitive to chemical scents
• Physically able to walk up and down stairs without difficulty
• Strong English communication skills (texting, writing, reading, listening, and speaking)
• Able to follow instructions carefully and respect established care rules

Pay: $21.00 per hour
