Experience in student counseling (IT / Education sector preferred) [6 Months to 1 year]

Actively participate in company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Ability to handle inbound & outbound leads

Excellent communication & follow-up skills

Manage job consultancy

Comfortable with targets and performance metrics

Social Media Responsibilities

Engage with comments, DMs & inquiries

Support posting of reels, stories & testimonials

Coordinate with marketing team for lead nurturing
