We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Career Counsellor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career counselling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide individual and group career counselling sessions to help students develop their academic and professional aspirations.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths, interests, and areas of improvement.
Develop and implement career development programs to enhance student employability and success.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide comprehensive support services.
Maintain accurate records and reports on student interactions and progress.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in career counselling.

Job Requirements
0-2 years of Minimum experience in career counselling or a related field.
Strong knowledge of career development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.

Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
