Career Counsellor

Prakashdeep School is looking for a Career Counselor who can help students first understand themselves — their skills, strengths, interests, and true passions — before talking about streams or subjects. The main focus of this role is to identify each child’s natural abilities and what truly excites and motivates them, using thoughtful questions, deep conversations, and reliable assessment tools. The counselor should help students discover their own direction with clarity and confidence, rather than simply suggesting common career paths. This role also involves guiding parents and ensuring that every career decision is based on the child’s true potential and long-term happiness.
