Career Counselor / Admission Counselor

We are looking for a Career Counselor / Admission Counselor who can guide students and parents in selecting the right career paths and courses. The role involves student counseling, admissions support, and maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding career options, courses, and learning paths
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads
• Explain course structure, duration, fees, and career outcomes clearly
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
• Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
• Ability to work with targets and timelines

Pay: ₹16,360.21 - ₹35,460.15 per month
