Eczacıbaşı Building Products is Turkey's first and largest manufacturer and exporter of ceramic sanitaryware. Eczacıbaşı Building Products has been producing ceramic sanitaryware under VitrA brand since 1958 and bathroom furniture, bathtubs and shower trays since 1991. What We Expect from Our New Teammate

  • Support human resources processes, primarily recruitment and selection.
  • Manage candidate applications: respond, record results, report, and keep data up to date.
  • Contribute to career management and onboarding programs.
  • Take part in training & development initiatives while also improving your own skills.
  • Support internal communication and employer branding projects.
  • Get involved in employee experience projects.
  • Contribute to HR projects and organizational activities with enthusiasm.


Who We Are Looking For

  • Senior undergraduate (4th year) or graduate student in a relevant program.
  • Residing in Bozüyük or Eskişehir.
  • Interested in Human Resources and eager to learn.
  • Able to dedicate at least 3 days per week for the internship.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excited to gain experience in HR areas such as employer branding, communication, employee engagement, talent management, and career development.
