VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".


What Do We Expect From Our New Teammate?

  • Preparing and editing job postings in line with employer branding principles,
  • Reviewing CVs and conducting initial screenings/interviews with candidates,
  • Coordinating candidate assessment and testing processes,
  • Supporting interview organizations and following up recruitment schedules,
  • Supporting all recruitment processes from application to hiring stage,
  • Organizing orientation and onboarding processes for new employees,
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience,
  • Supporting the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems,
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of activities aimed at increasing employee engagement and motivation in collaboration with relevant teams,
  • Supporting HR projects.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Completed the 3rd year of a relevant engineering undergraduate program,
  • Strong command of English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Available to work at least 3 days a week as a long-term intern,
  • Strong communication skills with high motivation,
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused,
  • Proactive, well-organized, and skilled in time management,
  • Eager to take initiative and open to learning and self-development.
