Responsibilities

Achievement of production targets by supporting production operations within specified Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards within the agreed budget. Manage support services to agreed service levels, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, and adhere to good management principles and practices.

Qualifications

• To hold a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or diploma degree in food science.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar field.
• Experience operating fully automated protein plants.
• Experience in protein product production.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
