Key responsibilities:

Managing job offers, contracts, onboarding/offboarding
Handling time & attendance, benefits, and payroll preparation
Payroll data control using SAP and Strada
Creating HR procedures, SOPs, payroll calendars, and process maps
Supporting cross-functional and international HR projects
Contributing to team coaching and continuous improvement

SAP | Strada | SuccessFactors | PeopleDoc | Microsoft Office Suite

Profile:

Degree in HR or business administration
Experience in payroll and personnel administration
Fluent in French and English
Well-organized, team-oriented, proactive
Strong project management and process documentation skills
