About the Role

The Industrial Refrigeration Engineer will ensure that all divisional Industrial large scale ammonia, Freon and glycol equipment is maintained well, ensuring no loss of milk from the farms due to lack of refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large scale ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• A certificate in large scale industrial Ammonia and Freon systems, SABRO preferred.
• Experience with Ammonia systems.
• Ability to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in remote locations.
