Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Caregivers to provide private duty, one-on-one care to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 caregiving support in the comfort of the clients home
• Assist seniors with daily personal care based on their care plan
• Offer companionship while keeping the home clean and safe
• Remind clients to take medications
• Share shift notes with the next caregiver
• Communicate any changes or concerns with the team

Qualifications:

• Home Care Aide "HCA" Registration (This is a background check with the state of California & the department of social services)
• 5 years of caregiving experience.
• A valid driver’s license
• I9 requirement compliant ID
• Negative TB test from at least 2025
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Compassionate, reliable, and a proactive

Most common shifts:

7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 7p-7am, 8pm-8am, 8am-5pm.
