Location: Columbus, OH Metro Area

Employment: Part-Time (Under 30 hours) | Hourly, Non-Exempt (OT Eligible)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Work Type: On-Site | In-Home Childcare

Hours of Availability Required: Day & Aftershool hours (varies by family)

Role Summary

Jovie Childcare is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to work as a Special Needs Companion or After-School Nanny supporting families in the Cincinnati Metro Area.

This role provides supportive childcare and companionship for children with special needs in a home setting. Caregivers will assist with supervision, engagement, and daily activities after school hours while providing a safe and supportive environment.

Assignments are based on family needs, with multiple families currently seeking afternoon care.

Schedule

• Afternoon shifts based on family needs
• Part-time schedule (under 30 hours)

Requirements (Must Have)

• At least 1 year of childcare experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Willingness to obtain DODD certification
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with children with special needs

• Maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
