ABOUT THE ROLE

We're currently hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you're passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life and want a role that respects your time and expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
Once onboarded, you'll work alongside the dedicated Care Partner team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best caregivers on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Partners!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Core responsibilities for all caregivers:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
Communicate with your Care Partner regarding any case updates or client changes
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs):
Transportation and errand support
Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge
Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
Reliable transportation to and from client homes
Must pass a background check
Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
