Your Role: Making a Meaningful Difference

As a Commonwise Caregiver, you are an advocate for your clients’ safety, independence, and quality of life. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Building Relationships: Develop lasting bonds with clients and their families.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Instrumental ADLs (IADLs): Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and supporting client hobbies/interests.
• Advocacy: Act as a dependable support system for clients in various community settings.

Who We Are Looking For

• LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs
• PCTs, MedTechs, and Nurse Aides
• Companions and Physical Therapy Assistants
• Nursing Students

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lbs.
• Frequent bending and movement.
• Strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.
