Join our team at Elite Care—Fanno Creek as a Care Staff member in our small assisted living and memory care facility. As a crucial part of our dedicated team, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall quality of life. Additionally, we are the first assisted living community in Oregon to earn the JCAHO accreditation.

Responsibilities included (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and fellow team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in resident activities and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar caregiving role required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of senior care practices and principles.
