C&CHC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and looking for flexible, short shifts. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep, cleaning) Support clients with mobility and transfers Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
