Caregiver (PART_TIME) - Bay City, Michigan

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met in all aspects of their daily life. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide dining service, including meal preparation and presentation

Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including housekeeping and laundry duties

Foster socialization and engagement through activities, orientation, and information needs

Demonstrate tact, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions with residents and families

Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met and exceeded

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a similar role (long-term care, assisted living, or home care)

Ability to work 3rd shift, 10:30pm-6:30am, on a regular basis

High school diploma or equivalent required
