Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs and schedules
• Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and support emotional regulation
• Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans that meet each child's unique requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment aligned with health and safety standards
• Use early childhood education techniques to teach basic skills, foster curiosity, and promote developmental milestones

Skills

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies
• Experience caring for infants and toddlers with an understanding of infant care routines
• Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members
• Familiarity with classroom experience or early childhood education practices is highly desirable
